The primary purpose of our Cosmetology Program is to train the student in the basic manipulative skills, safety judgments, proper work habits, and desirable attitudes necessary to obtain licensure and for competency in entry-level positions in cosmetology or a related career field.

The curriculum includes (1,600) clock hours. Technical instruction shall include demonstration, lecture, classroom participation, and examination. Practical operations shall mean the actual performance by the student of the complete service on another person.
