Deborah Ballstaedt entered the telecommunications field without any prior industry knowledge and after 2 years as a trainer, she became a Project Manager. She spent over 33 years managing the planning and implementation of communication systems, to such companies as Tacoma Economic Development Board, Chilhuly Glass, CarMax, NY Fashion Institute of Technology, The GAP, William Sonoma, and many others before moving into a Customer Experience Manager role for NWN Carousel.
